Research

National Public Health Laboratory is a dedicated center under the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) and Division of Health Services (DoHS) that serves as national level referral laboratory which regulates the laboratory services in the country. Along with diagnostic facilities and laboratory based surveillance, NPHL undertakes laboratory based research activities promoting new evidence based scientific research in the field of laboratory medicine and encouraging enthusiastic researchers, with a view of making this institute a pioneer in research field as well as a center of excellence.
